This hotel has a great location for those interested in business near a busy shopping center. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having shopping, dining, and leisure options steps from their room. the staff is reported to be helpful and polite. Some rooms boast impressive views, and the housekeeping is routinely reported excellent.
Though some guests report clean and modern rooms, others experienced poor wireless connectivity and thin walls with noise disturbances.

I recommend you to eat at Abu Zuz, that is set 700 feet away. 20 minutes drive to the airport. 3-star hotel in Sao Paulo❤

We loved staying near the shopping mall for business and in the Brás area. It was convenient to sleep in the mall and have easy access to hotel facilities. Cleanliness was also excellent, and the breakfast was good. Staff members were helpful despite language barriers.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Room cleanliness and comfortable shower. Breakfast was varied and satisfying.
Area is dangerous at night and becomes a ghost town. Lack of nearby dining options is frustrating.

Our recent city break stay left quite an impression. the rooms were clean and tidy. We woke up every morning to a continental breakfast with ingredients that touched on the flavors of Brazil. the hotel was connected to a shopping mall, which was very convenient, both for shopping and getting out and about. the location was key: we enjoyed easy access to local transport links that took us to every corner of the city.
On the least positive side, the surroundings can get a bit dodgy after nightfall, just like many urban areas. Achieving privacy in the showers could also be tough, depending on which room you are in.
